Change often brings its own mystery box to the party, which is exactly the case with Wines With Heart (previously Charity Wines Trust). On the good side, Wines With Heart (WWH) is growing in size and stature, month on month. On the bad side, this growth is spurred on by an ever-increasing demand by NGO beneficiaries in the Winelands, so its growth is really more important than ever.   

It is almost that time of the year again.  The Breedekloof Outdoor & Wine Festival will be held from the 9th to the 11th of October 2009.

The urban sprawl of Stellenbosch comes to an abrupt halt, in its south-western suburb of Onderpapegaai, when you enter the gates of Middelvlei.

Last week I visited Lwandle Creche and donated a few blankets to keep out the winter chill.  Wines with Heart and Pebbles are starting a project to revamp the outside area of the creche, since the 100 kids have only dust and gravel under their feet.
